PAYMENT INFORMATION
Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College offers a student payment plan for those students not receiving financial aid or a third party sponsorship. The FACTS Tuition Payment Plan enables you to more easily pay for education expenses. You may make payments by either automatic bank payments or by charging payments to your Visa or MasterCard. Because FACTS is not a loan program, there is no debt incurred, no credit search, and there is no interest or finance charges assessed by FACTS on the unpaid balance. FACTS charges a $25.00 per semester nonrefundable fee to enroll and participate in its program.

Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College Health Insurance fee $72.00 per semester for all full-time students.
